Location: Lewis University Fieldhouse. Fieldhouse will be open at 8:00 am
Admission: $10 per spectator. Lewis University has graciously arranged for the spectator fee to cover our facility usage.
Entries
All entries must be completed online at Athletic.net
Individual athletes must create a profile in order to register.
$10 for first entry and $5 for each additional entry (Maximum 3 events per athlete)
$15 for race day registration
Deadline is Thursday, February 26th @ 11:59 PM.
Please enter the athlete's best mark.
There is a MAX CAP for entries. Enter early before entries get cut off!
Unlimited relays will be allowed per club. Seeded by age group and gender.
Surfaces
Track is a 4 lane, 200 meter Mondo surface. Up to ¼ pyramid spikes only
Long Jump is also IAAF approved for up to ¼ pyramid spikes.
High Jump will be on the track surface. You can use high jump spikes.
Shot Put is from a Polanik platform. Throwing shoes or tennis shoes only.

Teams
Open to all teams and any individuals who would like to compete unattached.
Blocks
Only the final 4 sections will be able to use blocks in the 55m and 400m in the middle school level. Youth and Elementary will not be able to use blocks.
Divisions
Youth (2nd grade and under) *CAN ONLY COMPETE IN 60, 800, and Long Jump
Elementary (3rd-5th grade)
Middle School (6th - 8th grade)
Awards
Individual and Relay Medals for 1st place finishers.
Individual and Relay ribbons for 2nd and 3rd place finishers.

Equipment
We will provide starting blocks. Teams can bring personal blocks if they wish. Teams are responsible for providing throwing implements and batons.

Team Camps
We will be using the infield of the fieldhouse for the team camp area. We will try and be efficient with field events in order to open up more space for team camps.
Time Schedule
Fieldhouse open to teams (8:00 am)
Coaches meeting in the fieldhouse (8:30 am)
Field Events (9:00am)
Long Jump: 1 pit will be used, girls will go first followed by boys. Middle School will go first followed by elementary, 3 jumps, 10 min warm up between flights
High Jump: Boys will go first followed by girls
Shot Put: 3 throws, all age groups and genders will go together
Will flight if necessary
Running Events (11:00):
We will use a rolling schedule for running events. Events will run in this order: Girls Youth, Boys Youth, Girls Elementary, Boys Elementary, Girls Middle School, Boys Middle School. We will combine heats when possible.
